Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Dismantles Major Drug and Firearms Trafficking Operation

A coordinated multi‑agency crackdown in Pennsylvania targeted a large‑scale drug and firearms trafficking network spanning Berks, Schuylkill and the Philadelphia area. On June 4, 2026, Pennsylvania State Police, Reading City Police, the Berks County and Schuylkill County Drug Task Forces executed search warrants at apartments in Reading and Shillington, seizing heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, dozens of firearms and over $6,900 in cash. Two Reading residents, Keith Culbert (45) and Eddie Feliciano (42), were charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver and illegal firearm possession, each posted bail of $500,000 and $300,000 respectively.

Simultaneously, the FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office concluded “Operation Spring,” a broader sweep that resulted in more than 1,100 arrests and the seizure of thousands of pounds of narcotics and additional illegal firearms across the Mid‑Atlantic region. Officials noted the operation’s scale will strain local courts, correctional facilities and social‑service agencies as they process the influx of cases.
