Pennsylvania State Police Charge Men in UTV Chase and Shenandoah Man for False ID

State troopers in Pennsylvania filed misdemeanor charges against two Punxsutawney residents after a late‑night pursuit of side‑by‑side utility terrain vehicles on June 13. Christopher Matthew Dubensky, 50, and Kelly James Villella, 51, were cited for fleeing a police officer, reckless driving and related traffic offenses.

In a separate incident, Pennsylvania State Police arrested Shenandoah resident Dennis E. Bugden, 50, after he gave a false name during a crash investigation in Ashland Borough. Bugden was charged with providing false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia following the discovery of white‑powder residue in pen tubes.

Both cases illustrate ongoing enforcement actions by the Pennsylvania State Police against unlawful behavior on the road.
