Penny Rebelshave and James Kennedy Release New “Revolution” Singles

London‑based band Penny Rebelshave issued their new single “Revolution” on July 27. The track, self‑recorded and mixed by Sam Webb, adds heavier guitar‑driven hooks and electronic textures compared with earlier releases. Its lyrics address the rapid impact of artificial intelligence, and the accompanying video was created using AI tools to visualise a dystopian narrative.

South Wales alt‑rock group James Kennedy & The Underdogs released their own track “Revolution”, featuring guest vocals from Skindred frontman Benji Webbe. The song, described as darker and heavier than their previous single, is the second release from the forthcoming album Rebel. Kennedy praised Webbe’s studio performance, saying, “To sit and watch Benji do his thing in the studio was an absolute privilege.” The collaboration blends alt‑rock, nu‑metal and ragga‑rock elements.
