Peníscola celebrates patron saint Mare de Déu de l'Ermitana

The city of Peníscola held festivities in honor of its patron saint, Mare de Déu de l'Ermitana. The celebrations included traditional dances in the town square attended by local authorities and residents.

Following a procession through the old town, activities moved to the Plaza de Armas, featuring performances by dancers, the 'cavallets', and a traditional Moors and Christians battle dance. The event concluded with a human tower formation by members of the Grup Cultural de Danses.
