Penta Real Estate to build luxury hotel in central London

Penta Real Estate has announced plans to construct a new luxury hotel in the Farringdon district of central London. The project, valued at over 230 million pounds (approximately 6.7 billion CZK), involves a partnership with Staycity, a leading European aparthotel operator. Penta will hold an 80 percent stake in the joint venture, while Staycity retains 20 percent.

The development will feature 350 rooms under the Wilde brand, which is inspired by the life and work of Oscar Wilde. The eleven-story building will also include office spaces and the reconstruction of the historic City Temple.

Located near major financial institutions like Goldman Sachs and Deloitte, the site is highly accessible via the Elizabeth line, Thameslink, and the London Underground. Demolition of the existing office building is currently underway, and the project is expected to be completed by 2028.
