Key reports include sightings of luminous orbs and bipedal creatures nearly two meters tall, described by some as being “dog-like” or “wolf-like.” Other testimonies mentioned small hairy creatures, prehistoric-looking birds, “small people,” and a large worm.

The investigation included interviewing over 25 people and placing cameras around the property. While the report includes photographs of footprints in the snow that appeared to cross a fence, hair sample analysis identified traces as belonging to domestic dogs and raccoons.
