Penticton to host elite 2026 curling classic

The 2026 Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic is scheduled to take place from October 8 to 11 in Penticton, British Columbia. The event features 24 teams, including 12 international competitors from Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, and South Korea.

Ten of the participating teams are ranked within the top 25 globally. The field includes world No. 1 Yannick Schwaller of Switzerland, Swedish Olympian Oskar Eriksson, and Canadian former world champion Brenan Bottcher. Other notable participants include two-time world champion Kevin Koe and Japanese Olympian Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi.

As a key stop on the World Curling Tour, the tournament offers a total prize purse of $100,000, with the winner receiving $25,000. The competition will be held at the Penticton Curling Club.
