Penticton Vees appoint Scott Carter as Director of Alumni & Legacy
The Penticton Vees have appointed Scott Carter as their new Senior Advisor and Director of Alumni & Legacy. Carter returns to the organization after previously serving in several leadership capacities, including President, Governor, and General Manager, as part of the ownership group from 2004 to 2008.
In his new capacity, Carter will focus on strengthening connections between the current organization and past players, coaches, and staff. He will lead initiatives regarding alumni engagement and the preservation of the franchise's history.
Carter brings extensive professional experience to the role, having served as General Manager for the Spokane Chiefs from 2016 to 2022 and most recently as a scout for the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 2024-2025 season. His career also includes winning a Stanley Cup with the Anaheim Ducks in 2007.
