Multiple fatal accidents reported in Moldova and Romania

Several fatal accidents were reported across Moldova and Romania on September 28.

In Moldova, a 17-year-old died after an Audi Q7 driven by an unlicensed 18-year-old crashed into a tree in Rujnița, Ocnița district. Three others were hospitalized. In Căușeni, a 30-year-old motorcyclist died after hitting a tree, and in Orhei, a passenger was injured when a Ford Transit struck a Mercedes from behind.

In Romania, a driver was killed in Murfatlar, Constanța, after a car collided with a truck on the DN 3 highway; the vehicle caught fire upon impact. In Arad, a 73-year-old man died at the scene after being trapped under a train near the CET area.
