Perez Hilton granted supervised visitation and temporary custody to mother

A Miami judge has granted Perez Hilton supervised visitation with his three children following a recent mental health crisis. According to court documents, any visits must be overseen by a therapist or a mutually agreed-upon family member. Additionally, Hilton is required to obtain psychiatric clearance before visitation can begin.

The court has also granted temporary legal custody of the children to Hilton’s mother, Teresita Lavandeira. As the children were born through surrogacy and Hilton is their only legal parent, this arrangement provides Lavandeira with the authority to manage medical care, school enrollment, and other daily necessities. This follows an incident in early August involving an apparent self-harm livestream that led to Hilton’s hospitalization.

The case has been sealed by the judge to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the children.
