Performing arts: Claribel Medina tours Argentina and Maggie Civantos premieres new film

Argentine actress Claribel Medina is touring the country with the comedy “Es complicado,” a production directed by Ernesto Medela and produced by Damián Sequeira. Performing alongside Pablo Alarcón, the play explores themes of love, resentment, and forgiveness. Following a successful season in Carlos Paz where Medina won Best Actress, the production is traveling to various regional stages.

In Spain, actress Maggie Civantos has premiered the film “Días de agosto,” a suspenseful drama directed by Chema de la Peña. Civantos portrays Mónica, a successful yet vulnerable character navigating family secrets and emotional conflicts. The actress also expressed interest in continuing her work in film direction following her experience with “El retorno de Júpiter.”
