Pergolettese goalkeeper Filippo Doldi signs contract extension

Pergolettese goalkeeper Filippo Doldi has signed a contract extension with the club through June 2028. The decision follows a standout period for the young player, who has maintained a clean sheet for 450 minutes, the longest unbeaten streak in Serie C Group A this season.

Despite having scored only one goal in seven matches, Pergolettese has secured seven points due to their strong defensive performance, which currently ranks as the second-best in the group. Doldi, a product of the club's youth academy, expressed his happiness regarding the renewal, stating he is fulfilling a childhood dream by playing for the first team.

Pergolettese is scheduled to face Arzignano, a team currently sitting in fourth place, in an upcoming match at the Dal Molin stadium.
