Periódico Girón issues public tender for office space rental

Periódico Girón has launched a 10-day public bidding process for the lease of a 35-square-meter office space located within its facilities in Matanzas, Cuba. The tender is being conducted in accordance with Resolution 149/2024 from the Ministry of Economy and Planning, which governs the bidding of state goods and services to non-state economic actors.

The space is intended exclusively for administrative, commercial, or professional office use. It includes access to electricity, water, basic climate control, and common areas, but does not allow for industrial use, direct retail, or activities that generate excessive noise or traffic. The tender is open to legally constituted non-state economic actors registered in the Mercantile Registry of the Republic of Cuba.
