Company employee implicated in €11,000 vehicle robbery in Peristeri
Greek police arrested four men, aged 24 to 38, after a coordinated theft from a company vehicle in the Peristeri district on July 13. The suspects stole more than €11,000 in cash from two envelopes left in the parked vehicle. The robbery was carried out by two thieves who fled in a getaway car driven by a 22‑year‑old associate; a second 24‑year‑old supplied the vehicle. Investigators determined that a 38‑year‑old employee of the company had provided the thieves with detailed information about cash‑transport routes, enabling the plan. During the operation police seized €2,725, two mobile phones and the getaway car. A criminal case has been filed against the four men, including the company employee, for distinguished theft and accessory to theft.
