Perko brothers' DOMinvest group reaches 80 employees, plans rapid expansion in Croatia

Saša Perko and Dean Perko founded the construction firm DOMinvest in Croatia after starting with no staff and a project office. Within eight years the DOMinvest group, which now includes DOMinvest construction, DOMinvest Development, DI Plan and DI Trade, employs around 80 people and intends to reach 90 by the end of the year. The company projects revenues of €20‑25 million for 2026.

The brothers attribute the fast growth to continuous effort, long working hours (about 11‑12 hours a day, six days a week) and careful investment in education, people and processes. While they could employ 250‑300 workers, they rely heavily on subcontractors and external partners to maintain flexibility and keep the system stable as it expands.
