Perlora: Asturias initiates reform plan for abandoned residential city

The Principality of Asturias has published an announcement in the Official Gazette (BOPA) regarding the strategic environmental assessment for the special protection and interior reform plan of the Perlora Residential City in Carreño.

Originally constructed in 1954, Perlora was designed as a social vacation resort featuring low-rise housing, villas, and various amenities. The site has been in a state of abandonment since its closure in 2006. The new administrative movement aims to address the urban planning and protection of this historic coastal site.
