ServiceNow shares cut by Epoch Investment Partners in Q1

Epoch Investment Partners reduced its stake in ServiceNow Inc. by 12% during the first quarter, selling 39,398 shares and ending the period with 288,791 shares valued at about $30.2 million. The institutional investor’s disposal lowered its ownership percentage in the cloud‑software provider. Other investors such as Brighton Jones, Sivia Capital Partners, United Bank and Riggs Asset Management adjusted their positions, but the overall institutional ownership of ServiceNow remains around 87%.
