Permoda LTDA, the owner of the fashion brand Koaj, issued a public clarification regarding recent reports about legal precautionary measures affecting properties where its stores operate. The company stated that it is not part of any asset forfeiture processes.

The company clarified that it occupies the commercial premises exclusively as a tenant under lease agreements signed in 2018 and 2020, which predate the investigations by authorities. Permoda emphasized that the judicial decisions affect the property owners and the real estate itself, rather than the commercial activities or the legal entity operating as a good-faith tenant. The company confirmed it will continue its operations normally.
