Pernambuco managers complete women's policy qualification course

Approximately 100 managers of municipal women's policy organizations in Pernambuco have completed a qualification course focused on women's policies. The training was a collaborative effort between the Pernambuco Women's Secretariat (SecMulher-PE) and the University of Pernambuco (UPE).

The 120-hour program covered essential topics including public policy formulation, violence prevention networks, and budgetary management. The course was implemented regionally to include managers from the Sertões, Agreste, Metropolitan Region of Recife, and Zonas da Mata, facilitating the exchange of technical knowledge and successful local initiatives.
