Perpignan secures Top 14 place after 47-24 win over Provence

Perpignan retained its spot in France's Top 14 after beating Provence Rugby 47‑24 in the Access Match on 14 June. The victory was sealed by a late try from captain Jerónimo de la Fuente, who described the season as "the toughest of his life" but praised the team's resilience. He said, "It was hard, the whole season and this match were hard… but the result is there, we are in the Top 14!" The win ensures Perpignan stays among the elite clubs for another season, while other semi‑finals saw Stade Français defeat La Rochelle and Racing 92 edge out Pau.

De la Fuente also reflected on the emotional challenges of the campaign, noting injuries, departures and disciplinary setbacks, and thanked the supporters for their unwavering support throughout the season.
