Persepolis FC prepares tactical changes for league resumption

Persepolis FC is preparing for the next phase of the Iranian Premier League following a one-month hiatus. Head coach Mehdi Tartar is expected to implement tactical changes to the squad, particularly in the attacking line due to the injury of Ali Alipour.

One potential solution involves repositioning 20-year-old Amirhossein Mohammadi. While primarily a left winger, Mohammadi may be utilized in a central role behind the striker to increase creativity and link the midfield to the attack. Mohammadi recently gained more international experience, earning five caps following his participation in national team camps.

Additionally, the squad features other players expected to play more significant roles. Daniel Gra is anticipated to join group training soon, providing depth in both left and right defense. Mehdi Tikdari is also noted as a player with untapped potential who may see increased playing time as the season progresses.
