Persol Group launches Deep Tech Fund and expands wellness initiatives

Persol Group is expanding its corporate initiatives through new investments and wellness programs. The group has established the ‘Cross Deep Tech Fund’ in collaboration with Persol Cross Technology and Persol AVC Technology. This fund aims to support deep tech startups in sectors such as space, robotics, and semiconductors by providing a combination of investment, engineering expertise, and human resource solutions.

In the realm of employee wellbeing, Persol Communication Service, with support from Shiseido Japan, held a menopause seminar at its Kurosaki Support Center. The program focused on physical and mental health, skincare, and self-care to foster a supportive workplace environment for employees of all genders and ages.

Separately, animo Co., Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding with Alfresa Corporation and 12 Pharmacy Co., Ltd. to develop a next-generation animal healthcare platform. The partnership aims to build an information-sharing infrastructure between veterinary hospitals and pet owners, utilizing online prescription systems and specialized dispensing services to improve efficiency and convenience in animal medical care.
