Persol Innovation’s HITO-Link Agent surpasses 100,000 job listings

Persol Innovation has announced that its recruitment database, ‘HITO-Link Agent’, surpassed 100,000 unique job listings as of the end of July 2026. The platform, which began operations in July 2025, provides recruitment agencies with access to job openings held by the Persol Group.

The service aims to improve efficiency in the recruitment industry by integrating with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This integration helps prevent the duplication and fragmentation of job information, which has traditionally been a challenge for recruitment agencies. The platform offers a centralized suite of tools, including job searching, candidate recommendation management, interview scheduling, and a chat function for communication with hiring companies, all intended to reduce the time required to finalize hires.
