Persol Research Institute launches AI utilization diagnostic service

Persol Research Institute has launched the ‘AX Promotion Power Diagnosis,’ a service designed to visualize how organizations utilize generative AI and identify gaps in understanding between management and frontline employees. The diagnostic tool measures organizational AI capabilities across four key dimensions: the AX Promotion Power Index, value creation capability, organizational penetration, and the reliability foundation.

To address the challenge of AI usage not translating into overall organizational results, the company is also introducing the ‘AI x Organizational Transformation Program.’ This practical program provides support through a cycle of diagnosis, strategic direction, infrastructure development, implementation, and re-diagnosis to ensure AI integration becomes permanent. The program offers tailored learning tracks for various roles, including executives, managers, and staff.

The diagnostic framework references the eight principles outlined in the PMI ‘The Standard for AI in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management,’ though the specific questions and explanations were independently developed by Persol Research Institute.
