Persona5: The Phantom X launches Version 4.6 summer event

Sega and Perfect World Games released the Version 4.6 update for Persona5: The Phantom X on July 30‑31 2026. The update introduces a limited‑time summer event titled “SUMMER Shark” that runs through August 13, adds a new 5‑star character – Wavecatcher Miyu (known in Japanese as 海夕・サマーウェーブ) – and expands the game's progression system with a new currency called Crystal Cognigems. Additional content includes new boss battles, fishing cruises, bonus login rewards, and a new side story featuring Ichigo Shikano. The update also adjusts shop inventories and postpones some previously announced weapon and mod orders until a later patch.

Players can earn Crystal Cognigems by obtaining the new 5‑star character multiple times and exchange them for items such as Thief’s Cognitite Shards, Elysian Ink, and customization materials. A login campaign offers up to seven Platinum Milicoins for six‑day login streaks, and various in‑game events provide “自由結晶” (Free Crystals) and other rewards until mid‑September.
