For Personal clients currently in Colombia, the company is providing a free roaming package that includes 2 GB of mobile data, unlimited WhatsApp messaging, and 100 minutes of voice calls. This benefit is valid for 30 days from activation.

Additionally, for customers in Argentina attempting to contact people in Colombia, the company is subsidizing international long-distance calls. This measure applies to both mobile and landline services and is available from August 10 to August 25, 2026, with a limit of up to 200 minutes per user. The initiative aims to facilitate contact with family and friends during the emergency.
