Pertamina Foundation supports youth social entrepreneurship through PFmuda

The Pertamina Foundation is driving social entrepreneurship among Indonesia's youth through its PFmuda program. The initiative aims to foster social enterprises that create jobs while delivering sustainable economic, social, and environmental impacts.

As of 2025, the program has reached 28 provinces and 227 regencies/cities, supporting a total of 362 winning groups since its inception. In 2025 alone, the program mentored 110 winning groups, including 30 in the Ideation category and 80 in the Sociopreneur category. Innovations span various sectors, including food (39 groups), MSMEs (38 groups), the environment (33 groups), education (14 groups), and energy (7 groups).

In conjunction with the 98th Youth Pledge Day, Pertamina is also expanding opportunities through the Pertamuda Seed and Scale program, which focuses on business ideas and student startups. Other initiatives include the Beasiswa Sobat Bumi scholarship for higher education students and the Pertamina Goes to Campus program, which facilitates interaction and collaboration with academic communities.
