PT Pertamina (Persero) held the Pertamina Goes to Campus (PGTC) 2026 event at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya on September 15, 2026. The initiative aims to strengthen synergy between the energy industry and academia.

Representing CEO Simon Aloysius Mantiri, Corporate Secretary Arya Dwi Paramita emphasized that energy is a fundamental driver of Indonesia's national development and economic activity. The partnership seeks to combine industrial experience with academic research to support the energy transition and bolster national energy security.

Didik Bahagia, Director of Operations at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, noted that the industry faces increasingly complex energy management challenges, necessitating cross-sector collaboration to prepare students as future talent for the energy sector.
