Pertamina Patra Niaga expands premium services and strengthens fuel governance

Pertamina Patra Niaga is implementing new service and governance strategies to enhance energy security and consumer experience in Indonesia. The company has introduced the ‘SPBU Signature’ concept, a premium gas station model designed to provide more than just fuel. These stations focus on non-subsidized fuels, such as the Pertamax and Dex series, and offer enhanced facilities including prayer rooms, clean toilets, and Bright Store convenience stores. The initial implementation began in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, with further expansion planned across the Greater Jakarta area.

In addition to service upgrades, Pertamina Patra Niaga is strengthening its procurement governance to ensure national energy resilience. Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun stated that the company is coordinating with the Attorney General's Office, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and the Police to maintain transparency and accountability. These measures aim to prevent illegal interference or misconduct in the procurement and distribution of crude oil, fuel, and LPG, adhering to the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.
