Pertamina Patra Niaga launches local CSR programs to empower women

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is implementing various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs designed to empower women through local potential in several Indonesian regions.

In Makassar, the PUANMAKARI program serves as a center for the empowerment and protection of women and children. It offers parenting classes, child education, entrepreneurship training, and legal assistance. The initiative has reached dozens of children, women, and elderly residents, while also supporting seafood processing businesses through Dapur Perlawanan.

In Pontianak, the Posyandu Aster program functions as both a health service center and a space for social entrepreneurship. Through CV Aster Kulina Prima, local women have gained economic opportunities, generating monthly turnovers of approximately Rp2–3.5 million to support community operations.

In Central Lombok, the Mina Tenun program integrates the empowerment of female weavers with cultural preservation and clean energy initiatives. This program, which has been active since 2022, involves modifying non-machine looms to incorporate energy-efficient modifications.
