Peru hosts two major beverage fairs in July 2026

Peru is staging two large-scale beverage industry events in July 2026. The X Salón del Vino Peruano, organized by Perú Hace Vino, will run from 16‑18 July at the Hotel Sonesta San Isidro, featuring more than 30 wineries from across the country and showcasing over 280 wine labels. The fair includes tastings, master‑classes, and a special limited‑edition wine bar, as well as a national wine competition and gala night.

Separately, Gastro Drinks 2026, part of the broader GASTROMAQ 2026 exhibition, will be held from 8‑11 July at the Villa Complejo Ferial in Lima. The four‑day fair will host over 60 domestic and international exhibitors presenting wines, pisco, whiskies, beers, kombuchas, ciders and other emerging drink formats, along with tasting sessions, live demonstrations and entertainment.

Both events aim to promote innovation, business connections and the growth of Peru’s beverage sector, drawing producers, distributors, bartenders and consumers for networking and market exposure.
