Luis Galarreta presents 2026-2031 Government General Policy in Peru

One specific inaccuracy involved the Premier's claim of an ‘absolute delay’ in El Niño prevention works; data indicated that approximately 51% of the preventive project portfolio had progressed by mid-June.
