Perugia prepares for difficult Campobasso away match

Perugia is preparing for an upcoming away fixture against Campobasso, a matchup characterized by a historically unfavorable record for the Grifo. In eight previous encounters across Serie B and Serie C, Perugia has secured only one victory, while recording four draws and three losses.

The club is also managing several logistical and squad updates. Due to ongoing maintenance at the Fioroni stadium in Ellera, the team will conduct training sessions away from their home grounds for the next two weeks. On the medical front, while Alessandro Toazzuolo is expected to play, Diego Stramaccioni remains unlikely to recover soon. Additionally, coach Aimo Diana is considering a tactical shift to a four-defender formation to address recent defensive shortages.

In terms of club stability, reports indicate that salaries and contributions have been paid ahead of schedule, and efforts are underway to finalize the club's closing process by October 23 to ensure environmental serenity.
