Perugia Police issue eight urban bans following violence

The Police Commissioner of Perugia has issued eight ‘Daspo Willyurban bans following three separate incidents of violence occurring outside public establishments in Preci, Bastia Umbra, and Corciano. The bans, which last between one and two years, were implemented after investigations by the Anti-Crime Division into incidents occurring between March and July.

The first incident took place in Preci on March 28, involving a violent brawl between two groups of patrons under the influence of alcohol, during which objects and tableware were thrown. The second incident occurred in Bastia Umbra on May 21, where an argument escalated into a physical assault resulting in personal injuries.

The third incident, occurring on July 25 in Corciano, involved an individual throwing a bottle at patrons and subsequently obstructing law enforcement officers alongside a relative. The measures aim to prevent future dangerous behavior and maintain public order and security in the region.
