PERURI promotes digital transformation for Indonesian government procurement

Perusahaan Umum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (PERURI) is advocating for a targeted digital transformation in government procurement. During the 11th Government Procurement Forum & Expo (GPFE) 2026 in Yogyakarta, the company emphasized that digital transformation must go beyond merely digitizing manual processes. Instead, technology should be designed based on a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, and public service characteristics to increase effectiveness and build trust.

As GovTech Indonesia, PERURI is tasked with supporting the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2023 regarding the Acceleration of Digital Transformation and Integration of National Digital Services. To fulfill this mandate, PERURI is developing a comprehensive digital service ecosystem designed to integrate access, identity, and data, facilitating easier public service access through digital identities and integrated document management.
