Peruvian Constitutional Court annuls Ollanta Humala's 15‑year sentence

The court declared the habeas‑corpus petition founded, finding that the alleged contributions were not typified as a crime at the time they were made, violating the principle of legality and non‑retroactivity. Consequently, the entire criminal process against Humala was nullified, and the court ordered the competent criminal court to determine his legal status once the decision is notified.
