Peru's ONP Announces Distribution of Complementary Pension Bonuses

The Office of Pension Normalization (ONP) in Peru confirmed that the Complementary Recognition Bonus (BRC), the Early Retirement Complementary Bonus, and the Minimum Retirement Complementary Bonus are being granted to former contributors of the National Pension System who meet the legal requirements set out in Laws 27252 and 27617. The bonuses aim to equalize the economic advantages that contributors would have received had they remained in the public system. Beneficiaries may receive a Complementary Bonus in addition to a Recognition Bonus provided they satisfy all eligibility criteria. The announcement targets individuals who transferred from the public pension scheme to the Private Pension System (SPP) and had contributions in the National Pension System (SNP).
