Several Peruvian regulatory agencies have been recognized by Ciudadanos al Día (CAD) for their contributions to public management innovation in the 2026 Good Practices cycle.

OEFA (Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental) received recognition for seven initiatives. These projects utilize artificial intelligence, scientific evidence, and geospatial technology to improve environmental oversight. Notable achievements include the implementation of a geospatial viewer that expanded territorial analysis coverage from 163 to 11,960 hectares and the Mi Ambiente Perú tool, which classified 100% of the national territory by environmental criticality.

OSIPTEL (Organismo Supervisor de Inversión Privada en Telecomunicaciones) advanced four initiatives to the second phase of the evaluation. These include the Checa tu caso digital tool for reporting service issues, a mobile service claim performance ranking to increase transparency, and the PEU-OSIPTEL university specialization program aimed at closing training gaps for law, economics, and engineering graduates in the telecommunications sector.
