Peruvian artisanal cheese pavilion to debut at XII National Dairy Fair

The Pabellón Perú Quesero will showcase a variety of artisanal cheeses at the XII Feria Nacional de Ganado Lechero, held on September 12 and 13 in Lurín, Lima. Supported by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) through Agromercado, the event will feature nine producers and brands from the regions of Pasco, Junín, Cajamarca, and Lima.

Visitors can purchase semi-matured and matured cheeses made from cow or goat milk, including varieties such as Andean, Paria, Mantecoso, Andesano, Brie-style, and Gouda-style. Specialized options like smoked cheeses and those infused with herbs or quinoa will also be available. Participating brands include D’Calucho and Floralp from Oxapampa, Vaki Lact and Ingenio del Valle Azul from Junín, Lácteos Llullapuquio and Lácteos Conga from Cajamarca, and La Cabrita from Lima.

The exhibitors include award winners from various national and international competitions, such as ExpoQueijo Brasil 2026. Additionally, the 'Combi Queso' mobile unit will promote these brands and bring their products closer to the public.
