Peruvian Candidate Jhomar Tonconi Under Investigation for Money‑Laundering
Jhomar Marcelino Tonconi Mamani is running for the Regional Government of Puno in Peru. He has come under scrutiny because of previous judicial convictions and an ongoing investigation into alleged money‑laundering activities.
