Peruvian influencer Raiza Martínez found dead in Lima apartment
Raiza Joselin Martínez Coppa, a 34‑year‑old Peruvian model and OnlyFans creator known online as “La Chocolatita”, was discovered dead on a Thursday night in an apartment at the La Planicie urbanisation in the La Molina district of Lima, Peru. Police reports say her body was found with her mouth covered by adhesive tape, her hands and feet bound, and several beer cans placed near her.
The victim had been reported missing on 22 July after she was last seen leaving her home in the Surquillo district. Investigators traced the location of her mobile phone and located the apartment, where the building’s owner alerted authorities. During the raid, 36‑year‑old Oscar Raúl Arias Muñoz was arrested inside the flat, allegedly found beside the corpse. Arias Muñoz told police he had met Martínez through social media, where she shared erotic content, and he faces additional charges for a prior psychological‑abuse complaint.
The case, which has shocked Peru’s online community, is being treated as a homicide. Authorities continue to gather evidence and interview witnesses to determine a motive. Martínez had previously been linked publicly to footballer Pedro Aquino, a detail that has drawn further media attention.
