Mario Hart addresses custody and financial claims following separation

Mario Hart has addressed several controversies following his separation from Korina Rivadeneira. Denying allegations that he threatened to take their daughter, Lara, away from Rivadeneira, Hart stated that his intention was for the children to remain comfortably with their mother in the family home.

Regarding financial disputes, Hart denied forcing a 50/50 split of child-related expenses. He characterized the arrangement as a voluntary agreement between two working professionals, noting that Rivadeneira’s income as an influencer had grown significantly during her motherhood.

Additionally, Hart commented on Rivadeneira’s recent public appearances, defending her right to socialize while suggesting that her level of media exposure might be counterproductive given their current situation. Separately, Rivadeneira previously reflected on her first pregnancy during the pandemic, describing the experience as “magical” and noting her active lifestyle during that period.
