Perzeptron launches real‑time customer portal for Limtronik, cutting annual staff costs by €7,000
Software provider Perzeptron has rolled out the Customer‑View function of its MiG (Materialmanagement in Glance) platform for electronics manufacturer Limtronik. The new portal, accessible through a secure URL and personal login, lets Limtronik’s customers view material status, order progress and missing‑part information in real time, eliminating the need for Excel lists, email queries and video‑conference updates.
According to Perzeptron CEO Markus Renner, the solution frees several person‑hours each week for Limtronik staff. The company estimates the reduction in manual coordination translates to a personnel cost saving of more than €7,000 per year. Customers also benefit from faster reactions to material shortages and schedule deviations. The launch was announced on 3 August 2026 in Eschborn, Germany.
