Pesaro: 34 families receive keys to renovated Aymonino building

In Pesaro, 34 families have been assigned housing following the completion of a decade-long renovation of the via Mazza building, designed by the renowned architect Carlo Aymonino. The project, overseen by Erap Marche and the municipality, involved conservative restoration to preserve the building's original architectural value while implementing modern technical upgrades.

Key improvements include enhanced energy efficiency, seismic retrofitting in compliance with 2018 technical standards, and improved thermal and acoustic comfort. The renovation also features a new photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 85 kWp, intended to support a local energy community. Additionally, the project includes advanced home automation for managing energy consumption and the creation of public green spaces to better integrate the building with the urban context.

Of the 34 units assigned based on municipal rankings, 10 are designated for subsidized housing and 24 for facilitated housing.
