Pesaro announces charity concert and new outdoor auditorium

The city of Pesaro is advancing several cultural and social initiatives. On October 3, the Teatro Rossini will host ‘Musica e solidarietà’, a concert featuring the Italian Army Band. The event is free to the public, with all donations being directed to the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association (AISM). The concert will include guest appearances by dancer Ivan Cottini, cellist Valentina Irlando, and singer Carol Cadeo, directed by Maestro Filippo Cangiamila and guest director Enrico Melozzi.

Additionally, construction has begun at Giardino Riz Ortolani to create a new outdoor auditorium. Funded by over 1 million euros from European FESR and FSE+ Marche 2021-2027 funds, the project will transform approximately 1,450 square meters into a public space for music and culture. The new venue is designed to hold at least 300 people and is expected to be completed and open by the summer of 2027.
