Pesaro officials deny Biosfera project was reviewed by Commission

Marco Lanzi, president of the Control and Guarantee Commission in Pesaro, and Councilor Serena Boresta have issued a formal rebuttal to claims made by majority councilor Lorenzo Lugli regarding the ‘Biosfera’ project.

Lanzi and Boresta assert that the Commission has never examined the Biosfera project, nor has it opened an inquiry, requested documentation from the administration, or summoned officials to discuss its implementation. They characterized Lugli’s claims that the matter was addressed last year as false, challenging him to provide specific meeting dates, minutes, or official records to support his statements.

The dispute also involves criticism of the project’s utility. The councilors questioned why the installation, described by Councilor Galeazzi as a ‘technological work of art,’ is currently being used to project what they described as insignificant content, comparing it to an expensive digital billboard.
