Pesaro vandalism: Aspes files criminal complaint after urban damage

Aspes, the agency managing public services in Pesaro, has filed a criminal complaint against unknown individuals following a wave of vandalism in the city. The incident occurred during the night between Friday and Saturday, targeting urban furniture and greenery between Viale della Repubblica and Viale della Vittoria.

Video footage and photographs circulating on social media captured three youths damaging billboards, kicking barriers, and destroying urban elements. The damage includes seven damaged barriers on Viale della Repubblica and several trees uprooted along the Don Minzoni bicycle path.

Luca Pieri, president of Aspes, stated that the legal action is a concrete response to these “intolerable actions” and aligns with the municipal administration's “zero tolerance” policy. Mayor Andrea Biancani has provided social media footage to local police to assist in identifying those responsible.
