Benevento defeats Vis Pesaro 2-1 in pre‑season friendly

Benevento secured a 2‑1 victory over Vis Pesaro in a summer friendly at the Magrelli Active centre in Cascia. Goals came from Mignani (50') for Benevento, Pucciarelli (65') for Vis Pesaro and a late penalty by Salvemini (85') that clinched the win. The match opened with a minute of silence in memory of Franco Baresi.
