Pestana Hotel Group opens applications for hospitality leadership program

Pestana Hotel Group has opened applications for the 2027 edition of its ‘Growing Together’ program, a global initiative designed to develop management and leadership skills in hospitality professionals. Established in 2008, the program has seen approximately 50% of its participants progress to operational leadership roles, with 70% of those who advanced remaining within the group.

The 18-month, full-time, paid program is open to both internal and external candidates with prior hospitality experience and English fluency. The curriculum is divided into two phases: the first 12 months involve rotating through various operational and corporate departments across different hotel brands and geographies, including Portugal, Europe, the United States, and Africa. The final six months focus on specialization in areas such as Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Catering & Events, Kitchen, or Hotel Management.
