A kitten named Choco gained attention on Threads after a video showed the animal suddenly noticing its own tail while relaxing on its owner's lap. The kitten's surprised reaction and subsequent attempt to play with its tail garnered over 170,000 views and 13,000 likes.

Separately, a user on X shared a photo of their tabby cat, Tanu, that went viral due to the animal's unusual appearance. While attempting to slide open a door by lying on the floor, the cat's long fur created a shape that many commenters jokingly compared to a large hairball or a raccoon.
